The calculators and templates on this site produce estimates. They use standard inventory formulas applied to numbers you type in, including assumptions that are stated on the page (for example, an assumed level of demand variability). They are not an audit, not accounting advice, and not financial advice. Do not make a purchasing or financing decision on their output alone. Check them against your own data.
When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it inside your own business, including with your own team. You may not resell it, publish it, or repackage it as your own product or as part of a service you sell to others.
Refunds: email within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back. No form and no questions. Payments are processed by Creem, which is the merchant of record and handles tax.
Consulting work , the Cash Scan, the Availability Sprint, retainers , is governed by a separate written statement of work signed before any payment. That document controls scope, timing, payment terms, confidentiality, ownership of deliverables, and the terms of any guarantee. Nothing on this website replaces or overrides it, and nothing on this website is an offer to contract.
Where a guarantee is described on this site, its exact definition and measurement method live in the statement of work. Read that document; it is the one that counts.
Figures quoted on this site from past engagements describe what happened in those specific engagements. Every business has different data, suppliers, margins and constraints. Nothing here is a prediction, projection or promise about results in your business, and nothing here should be read as a claim about earnings or profit you will achieve. Third-party research is cited with its source so you can check it yourself.
Deliverables produced for you in a paid engagement belong to you, in your own Google Workspace, from the day they are created. The underlying methods, templates and generic tooling remain mine and I reuse them. Website content, the free tools, and the paid products remain my copyright.
To the extent the law allows, my total liability arising from your use of this website or any digital product bought through it is limited to the amount you paid me for it. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost revenue. Liability under a signed statement of work is governed by that document. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
