The Inventory Cash Pack

Seven spreadsheets that do the work, and eight short videos of me using them on real numbers. This is the toolkit I built for myself over 15 years, cleaned up so you can drop your own export into it today.

What's inside

Seven tools. Each one answers a question you can't answer today.

01 · Sheet

Stockout Cost Calculator PRO

The full version of the free one. Per SKU instead of per catalog, with expedited freight and service recovery cost built in. Tells you which SKUs are worth protecting and which aren't.

02 · Sheet

Safety Stock & Reorder Point Engine

Reorder points per SKU, per service level, per segment. Uses your supplier's lead time variability, not their average. Most brands use one safety stock number for the whole catalog. That single choice is why the same twelve SKUs run out every month.

03 · Sheet

ABC / XYZ Segmenter

Sorts your catalog on two axes at once: value (A/B/C) and demand stability (X/Y/Z). An AX item and a CZ item should never be managed the same way. This tells you which is which in about four minutes.

04 · Sheet

Dead Stock Finder

Ranks every SKU by cash trapped and days since last sale, then puts a recommended exit next to each one: liquidate, bundle, return, or hold. Includes the expected cash back from each move.

05 · Sheet

Supplier Scorecard

On-time in-full, lead time average and spread, fill rate, ranked. Turns the annual supplier conversation from a feeling into a one-page number they can't argue with.

06 · Sheet

Forecast Accuracy Tracker

MAPE and bias, refreshed weekly. Bias is the one nobody tracks and it's the one that quietly builds your overstock. A forecast that's consistently 8% high isn't inaccurate, it's expensive.

07 · Document

Excess & Obsolete Policy Template

Twelve pages. The written policy that says at what age stock gets marked down, who signs off, and how it's accounted for. Hand it to your finance person and you look like you've done this before.

08 · Video

Eight walkthroughs, 5 to 9 minutes each

Me on screen, in the actual sheet, with real numbers. Not theory. Where to paste your export, which cell to change, what the output means, and the mistake people make on each one.

The Control Tower Starter

The actual four-screen dashboard. Availability now, cash at risk, supplier watch, exceptions today. Plus the Apps Script that refreshes it every morning, and a setup video. This is the thing I install in a $8,500 Sprint.

The honest version

If you want someone to do all of this on your data instead, that's the Sprint and it's $8,500. This pack is the same thinking, in your hands, for about one percent of that. Buy the pack. If you'd rather I did it, read this.

Who this is for

Honest fit check.

This is for you if

  • You sell a physical product and hold stock
  • You're doing roughly $500K to $50M in revenue
  • Your reorder points live in a spreadsheet, or in someone's head
  • You've run out of something in the last 90 days
  • You have stock you know isn't moving but haven't quantified it
  • You're comfortable in a spreadsheet. You don't need to be good at it, just willing

Skip this if

  • You're pre-revenue or dropshipping with no held stock
  • You already run a mature planning system with a dedicated planner
  • You want software that does it automatically. This is a set of models, you drive them
  • You want someone to do it for you. That's the Sprint, not this.
  • You won't open a spreadsheet. Nothing here works by itself.

Questions

Fair enough.

Do I need Excel or Google Sheets?

Google Sheets. Everything is built there and you get a copy link. It opens in Excel too but a couple of formulas behave differently, so Sheets is the supported version.

How long until I get something useful out of it?

The Dead Stock Finder gives you a number the first time you paste an export into it. That's usually 20 minutes. The Reorder Engine takes an hour or two because you need lead time history. The videos are ordered so you hit the quick win first.

Is this just the free calculator with more tabs?

No. The free one is one calculation on catalog averages. This is seven models that run per SKU, plus segmentation, plus supplier data, plus a written policy. Different tool for a different job.

What if it isn't what I expected?

Email me within 14 days at hello@supplynaut.com and I'll refund it. No form, no questions. I'd rather you kept the money than felt stuck with something you won't use.

Will you help me set it up?

Not inside the $97. That wouldn't be honest at this price. The videos cover setup properly. If you want hands-on help, the Sprint exists for exactly that.

Who are you again?

15 years in supply chain. 40,000 SKUs of ultra-fresh q-commerce with 200-plus suppliers, manufacturing for one of McDonald's European suppliers, and my own e-commerce brand. More on the home page.
